Malik Kelly, a native of the suburbs of Chicago, received his B.A. in Organizational Science from Coe College in Cedar Rapids. After a year of Human Resources assistant work, and some time working in hospital equipment delivery, he started recruiting in 2019. Throughout his recruiting career he has found talent for a variety of industries ranging from care facilities and wind professionals to bank executives and construction managers.

In order to fulfill his desire to help improve diversity, equity, and inclusion at all places he’s worked, Malik has participated in several minority focused groups. He is constantly advocating for individuals from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds in the hiring process, believing that all people deserve a seat at the  table.

Malik currently lives in Coralville, Iowa. He enjoys gaming, reading, and painting. He is an avid collector of sneakers and a huge music fan, enjoying the latest rap releases to classic rock albums and many genres in between.
